RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING

We offer a 30-day return policy.  All items to be returned must have RWD’s authorization within 30 days of receipt.  All returns must be freight prepaid to include insurance. 

All items must be returned in new/unused condition, in the original packaging and uninstalled. FXRT style fairings are not eligible for returns.

Any items returned to us will be subject to a 20% restock fee.

CANCELLING ORDERS

There may be a slight fee incurred on any cancelled orders depending on where the item is in process. If the product has not left our facility, it is not a problem! However, if it’s in transit, charges will be as if you’re returning the item (see above).

PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

Please call us directly at 951.698.9495 OR email us at sales@russwernimont.com within 12 hours of receipt to report any damage.  Keep all the original shipping materials and please take pictures to show damage.  Shipments are insured and under these circumstances would be covered by UPS terms.

IF THE ITEM IS LOST OR STOLEN DURING SHIPPING

We ship all packages with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please keep an eye on tracking. Once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refunds will be issued by Russ Wernimont Designs for packages scanned and shown delivered to the correct address.

WARRANTY

Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover shipping to/from our location.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product during shipment to us. Please make sure you send in any product for warranty work as insured.  With any warranty work, you will need to provide proof of purchase. 

SHIPPING

Free Shipping!

RWD provides free shipping within the continuous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please note, shipping charges do NOT include duties and taxes.  RWD has no way of calculating this on your behalf. Taxes and duties vary for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer to work with their customs office.  We utilize UPS for Canada shipments and DHL for others.
